I was completely unfamiliar with this Israeli brand before buying this product, and so far I’m impressed. This isn’t just another “natural” product that looks and smells just like something you’d buy from a regular store. It’s a potent herbal tincture made of real herbs and not watered down or doctored up to make it “pretty.”
It comes in a small amber glass bottle that has an open mouth (no dropper, etc.). It seems small but you use just a tiny bit at a time. There isn’t much in the way of instructions on the box or bottle, but it’s pretty straightforward – just tap a little on a cotton round and apply to your face. There is an expiration date on the bottom of the bottle (over 3 years), which is nice to know.
Though it does contain lemon and lavender extracts, you can’t really smell either. This stuff is a deep brown color and has a very strong herbal/alcohol scent – it smells like a parasite cleanse tincture I once took, which also contained a lot of wormwood, like this facial cleanser does. The scent also lingers quite a while on your skin, which I could see bothering some people who aren’t used to sharp-smelling herbs.
The ingredients in this product are unique, at least in this context, and I’m intrigued to see how they work on my skin long term. I’m far past my teenage years but still struggle with acne, so I’m always on the lookout for a new solution. This one is definitely different and so far I’m quite happy with it.
Unlike most face cleansers, this is a leave-on cleanser.
This cleanser is a spot reducing cleanser as opposed to an all over the face cleanser.
A little of this cleanser goes a LONG WAY. Just dab a small amount on your cotton ball and then apply to the spots on your face that have developed acne. Do NOT wash this product off.
In terms of effectiveness, I think this cleanser does a very nice job with moderate acne spots. It seems to dry the acne out as well as sooth the skin in and around the spots.
In my experience, this cleanser clears up small to moderate spots within 48-72 hours.
Finally, this cleanser does have a very strong scent to it and it does linger. It’s a very strong herbal scent.
Overall:
Highly recommended for spot reduction of moderate acne.

This wasn’t what I was expecting when I ordered this but I am pleasantly surprised. I got this for my daughter who has been getting breakouts the past few months and nothing has been working so we figured we would give this a try.
It comes in a small amber colored bottle and has a earthy/distinct smell I can’t put my finger on it but it’s loaded with natural ingredients and has been helping to dry out her pimples. We’ve been using this for a while now and her acne is finally resolving. You don’t need a lot, a little goes a long way and it is absolutely effective with acne. This is one we’ll definitely be purchasing again. It works!
Tried this for two different teens, one with a serious acne issue, the other with normal teen acne.
Serious issue, not a change, but the standard teen this seemed to help a bit. Fewer breakouts and skin seems good. Considering all the products out there that do nothing, at least here’s something that did something.
